By accessing or using any website, mobile application, or service operated by Expensear LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to www.expensear.com, Deqolo, and MYCALL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Expensear LLC develops and publishes AI-powered mobile applications. Our current products include Deqolo (an AI interior design application) and MYCALL (an AI nutrition tracking application). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our applications offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings or the respective app store.
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI-generated outputs — are owned by Expensear LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

When you upload photos or other content to our applications for AI processing (such as room photos in Deqolo or food images in MYCALL), you retain ownership of your original content. You grant Expensear LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not use your uploaded content for marketing or share it with third parties.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or servers.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated results (including interior design suggestions and nutrition data) are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expensear LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
