These terms cover your use of expensear.com and, together with the in-app terms and Apple’s standard license agreement, our apps. Using the site or the apps means you accept them.
Our products
Our apps are free to start, with optional premium features offered through Apple’s App Store. Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Your content
Photos you submit to our apps remain yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process them and return the result to you, and nothing more. Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to use.
AI-generated results
Redesigns are AI-generated visualisations, not architectural or construction plans. Check with a professional before knocking down anything load-bearing.
Fair use
Don’t abuse the services: no attempts to disrupt them, reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows, or use them to generate unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Warranty and liability
The site and apps are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept the new terms.
